2. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as its designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the CONTROLLER or, where applicable, is used under licence or express authorisation from the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation and is registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which it is intended, any total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution or commercialisation requires, in all cases, the prior written authorisation of the CONTROLLER. Any use not previously authorised is considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.

The CONTROLLER acknowledges the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights in favour of their holders; their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or responsibility over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the CONTROLLER.

Any comments regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, or regarding any of the content on the website, may be sent by email to edu@qualityfinance.es.

Use of Cookies

This website may use technical cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions considered essential for the site to operate and display correctly. The cookies used are, in all cases, temporary, serve solely to make browsing more efficient, and disappear when the user's session ends. Under no circumstances do these cookies in themselves provide personal data, nor will they be used to collect such data.

The use of cookies may also allow the server hosting the website to recognise the browser used by the user in order to make browsing easier, for example by allowing previously registered users to access areas, services, promotions or competitions reserved exclusively for them without having to register on each visit. Cookies may also be used to measure audience and traffic parameters, monitor progress and the number of entries, etc.; in these cases they are technically dispensable but beneficial to the user. This website will not install dispensable cookies without the user's prior consent.

Users may configure their browser to be alerted when cookies are received and to prevent them from being installed on their device. Please consult your browser's instructions for further information.

Links Policy

This website may link to content on third-party websites. As the CONTROLLER cannot always control the content that third parties place on their respective websites, it accepts no liability whatsoever for such content. In any event, it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international law, public morality or public order, immediately removing the link to that website and reporting the content in question to the competent authorities.

The CONTROLLER is not responsible for information and content stored, including but not limited to, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content on their own on the CONTROLLER's website. Nevertheless, and in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, the CONTROLLER makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement agencies, actively cooperating in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties, or public morality and public order. Should a user consider that the website contains any content that could fall within this category, they are requested to notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it works correctly. In principle, correct operation can be expected 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the CONTROLLER does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, or of events of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

IP Addresses

The website's servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All of this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity log that allows the data to be processed subsequently for purely statistical purposes, such as the number of page impressions, the number of visits to the web servers, the order of visits, the point of access, etc.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of all disputes or questions relating to this website or the activities carried out on it, and the parties expressly submit to it; the Courts and Tribunals closest to Huesca shall have jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising from or relating to its use.
