We work with open architecture: we select from the funds of Spanish and international managers available in the market, not a closed catalogue. The cost to you is the same as buying that fund at any other distributor.
That is the usual situation. We review what you hold, what fees you are paying and what fits your plan. In Spain, switching between investment funds is not taxed until you redeem, so reorganising a portfolio need not trigger a tax bill.
Teruel is a province where wealth is closely tied to land and family business: agri-food with cured ham as its flagship, industry in Alcaniz and Bajo Aragon, inland tourism and an energy sector in transition. Many families own farmland, rural plots and businesses worth far more than their accounts suggest. In our meetings we see estates with plenty of property and little cash, and siblings living elsewhere who want to put the family wealth in order without arguments.
At present Aragon does not offer a relief on Wealth Tax: the exempt minimum is EUR 700,000 and the top rate reaches 3.5%. For Inheritance Tax, spouses and children have a reduction of up to EUR 500,000 on the taxable base, and the regional government has announced extending the 99% relief to children over 21, ascendants and spouses, so it is worth checking every year where that measure stands.
